People Corporation: Proud Diamond Sponsor of the 2023 Benefits Canada Healthcare Survey

At People Corporation, elevating employee health and well-being is a top priority. Participation in this survey enables us to be on the leading edge of interpreting workplace data that identifies both current and year over year trends.

People Corporation has participated since 2020, and each year we’ve been excited to contribute to such wide-reaching and important research. We learned from the survey findings that there is tremendous opportunity to build momentum and align the needs of plan sponsors and their employees. Listening and understanding what they have to say is critical in not only identifying what we can offer them today, but it can also impact the creation of innovative offerings to meet the changing needs of the Canadian workplace.

Health and well-being are part of our core vision, and we plan to continue to find ways to care for, support, and reward employees for good health habits. The results of this survey will influence the direction of employer-sponsored health promotion and prevention, and we’re so proud to be a part of that movement. The primary People Corporation leaders participating in this year’s survey are Judy Plotkin and Shannon Darvill.
